MDPE (Medium Density Polyethylene) Pipes have good shock and drop resistance properties. It is typically used in gas pipes/Water & Waste water supply/House connection etc. We are manufacturing JK MDPE Pipes in vide range and material grades with color of Blue/Black/Yellow as per Standard Norms.
MDPE Pipes are Medium-Density Polyethylene Pipes that are extruded using superior and prime grade polymers. We offer these Pipes in PE80 grade, Size: 20mm to 200 mm. Moreover, our pipes can be customized as per the specifications of the clients. These pipes can be joined using compression fittings, Butt Welding, or Electro fusion Fittings
JK MDPE pipes confirm to various International Standards such as ISO 4427, BS 7281, DIN 8074 / 75 and BIS Standard IS:14885.
Raw Material
The raw material used is Medium Density Poly Ethylene (MDPE) grade PE 80 and PE 100.
Product Range
JK MDPE pipes are manufactured in the range of 20mm to 200mm (Outer Diameter) in all pressure ratings. These pipes are identified by their colors for different uses such as Yellow for Gas, Orange for Petrol and Blue for Water. MDPE Pipes can be tailor made to meet specific requirements of individual Gas customer. These pipes are available in both Straight Lengths and in Coil form.
